Home Health Service is the provision of health services needed by bedridden and chronically ill patients in the home environment and with an expert staff. Rather than diagnosing the patient, it is the follow-up, implementation and education of the treatment of the diagnosed patient.
HOW TO APPLY TO HOME HEALTH SERVICE?
In order to benefit from these services, the patient is included in the home health services system by calling the number 444 38 33, which is established as a single number throughout Turkey by the patient's relatives or the patient's family physician, and providing the patient's personal information such as TR ID number, address and diseases. The home health services team of our hospital is reached by the home health services center. Your patient is visited at home and health problems are resolved according to his needs.
WHO CAN BENEFIT?
Home Health Services can be used by bedridden patients who need to be hospitalized continuously due to their chronic illness, cannot walk, and are bedridden and unable to meet their special needs. Patients who are not bedridden and able to go to any health institution cannot benefit from Home Health Services.
WHAT ARE HOME HEALTHCARE DUTIES?
Within the framework of the diagnosis and planned treatment previously made by the doctors of the relevant branch, and in the home environment of the person; providing examination, examination, medical care and rehabilitation services,
Assisting in the preparation of reports on the use of medical devices and materials,
Informing the patient and his family about the duties they can undertake in the home care process and the disease care processes,
Providing training and consultancy services on the correct and appropriate use of medical devices and equipment for home use related to the disease
It is among its duties to provide the necessary consultation by taking the opinion of the relevant branch experts, if necessary.
