The Patient Rights Unit, which has been operating in our hospital in accordance with the Patient Rights Regulation, aims to enable patients and their relatives who apply to Finike State Hospital to exercise their rights specified in the legislation, to prevent violations of patient rights, to provide health services in accordance with human rights and dignity, and to train patients and their relatives and health personnel. carries out its work. Patients and their relatives can submit all kinds of requests, suggestions and complaints to the Patient Rights Unit; by applying to the unit, via e-mail or telephone.

As unit employees, our basic principle in the meetings we hold with patients and their relatives; empathizing, acting realistically and naturally, avoiding prejudices and generalizations, respecting the client.

Patient Responsibilities


It acts in accordance with the rules and practices of the health institution and organization to which it applies.
The patient has to notify the changes in his health, social security and personal information in a timely manner.
The patient is responsible for the preparation of the official documents related to the referral procedures in accordance with the rules. (Transfer chain of Green Card patients and documents such as accident report etc. required in traffic accidents)
The patient acts with the awareness of being a part of the diagnosis and treatment team with a participatory approach.
He gives information about his complaints, previous illnesses, treatments and medical interventions, current medications, if any, and his health, as completely and accurately as possible.
He should come to the control at the times determined by the physician and give feedback about the course of his treatment.
The patient complies with the appointment date and time and notifies the relevant place of the changes.
Respects the rights of patients, other patients and personnel who are given priority according to the relevant legislation.
It does not act against the personnel verbally and physically.
He/she applies to the Patient Rights Unit when he/she thinks that his/her rights have been violated or has problems.
